BTC Curaçao provides general information and education about bitcoin, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, wallets, digital security, and the practical uses of these technologies. Its purpose is to improve technological and financial knowledge and literacy within the community.

BTC Curaçao’s activities are limited to education, public awareness, organizing in-person courses, and promoting community learning. Examples, demonstrations, businesses, applications, or technologies are included solely for instructional and informational purposes.

2. We are not a financial entity or provider

BTC Curaçao is not, does not act as, and does not represent itself as:

  • A bank, credit union, financial institution, or payment institution.
  • A broker, broker-dealer, dealer, securities intermediary, or asset manager.
  • A financial adviser, investment adviser, financial planner, wealth manager, or fiduciary.
  • An investment fund, investment manager, investment platform, or capital-raising entity.
  • A cryptocurrency exchange, currency exchange, virtual asset service provider, or money transmitter.
  • A digital asset custodian, wallet provider, or cryptocurrency storage service.
  • An electronic money issuer, payment processor, or regulated financial services provider.

BTC Curaçao does not claim to be authorized, registered, licensed, or supervised as a financial institution or virtual asset service provider. The regulatory nature of an activity depends on what is actually done, not solely on the description used in this notice.

3. Activities we do not perform

BTC Curaçao does not:

  • Buy, sell, exchange, transmit, or trade bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, securities, or other assets on behalf of third parties.
  • Receive, hold, manage, safeguard, custody, or control participants’ money, cryptocurrencies, private keys, seed phrases, or assets.
  • Open accounts, execute orders, manage portfolios, or make investment decisions for another person.
  • Promise returns, profits, interest, asset appreciation, or financial results.
  • Solicit deposits, investment capital, or transfers to invest on a user’s behalf.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or exchange a specific asset.

BTC Curaçao never needs your private key, seed phrase, wallet password, or exchange credentials to register you for a course or provide education. Do not share this information with us or with third parties.

4. No advice or recommendation

All content is provided on a general and educational basis. It does not take into account any person’s financial circumstances, experience, objectives, risk tolerance, tax obligations, or individual needs. No content should be interpreted as a recommendation, offer, solicitation, trading signal, personalized analysis, or assurance that any product, service, wallet, exchange, business, or asset is suitable.
